This forum has a lot more features than the previous one, so I'll try and cover a few here..

Calendar - post up events

Related threads - When you view any new thread (ones started since the switchover), there are now "related threads" linked near the base of the page. These list threads with similar content to the one you are reading.

Attachments - Not a feature exclusive to this forum type, but I've opened it up so you can post images direct to threads. The photos section will return soon however, so it'll be your choice as to how you post them.

Ignore - Choose to ignore a certain members posts.

Quick navigation - You'll find a drop down menu near the base of most pages that'll take you directly to another section of the forum.

Collapse and Expand - You can expand and collapse entire forum groups and sections on the main page.

WYSIWYG - Posting messages is done with a "What you see is what you get" editor. If you want to use a bold font, you'll now see it as you type.

Subscribe to threads - receive an email when someone posts a message in a thread you are subscribed to.

There's lots more features, and I may post some more up later.. Look around, enjoy :smile:

All those options are at the base of your reply in the "Additional Option" box.. In the thread subscription dropdown, you can select to receive email notification instantly, daily, or weekly for the thread. You can also change the settings in your "User CP" and set it to subscribe to threads you post in by default (I believe).

Been meaning to ask for a while now Terry.................what is this "buddy list"? I have added one user to it and doesn't seem to do anything apart from let me see what thread they are viewing when I click on their username?

Hahaha nah man it wasn't. He probably doesn't know the answers anyway mate............you know he isn't very good with computer software:naughty: . What I am really interested in though is referals as I somehow have 3.
