I've got a 6" lift on my GQ and when it flexes at the front the fat part of the Tough Dog panhard rod rubs the front of the diff pumpkin.
I've got 12mm radius arm spacers in the space the axle forward so the 35's clear the mudflaps when turning and I've chained them back. The tyres dont rub anywhere else even with the factory flares on.
I've got some new drop arms to put on when I get the new Nissan slotted bushes which should not require spacers because the new arms (Big O) are the right length to locate the axle correctly.
My thoughts are to space the panhard rod 10mm forwards at both ends to stop the rubbing, although its slight its enough to rub metal away on the pumpkin.
Has anyone else had this problem, what did you do to fix it?
cheers, sudso
