Hi all,
My clutch line is getting air into some how? It's not leaking fluid so I don't think it's the slave. Has some one seen this issue before and if so what fixed it.
Cheers Jusitn

Im not sure.. But have a look at the lines feeding your clutch. Their may be a "pin hole" in somewhere. Another thing could be the seals in the master cylinder.
To find them, you may need to give the pipes a good clean and ask someone to press your clutch in and out while you are under your rig, looking for it. very time consuming but its all i can offer.

Look under the dash & see if fluid is leaking out of the back of the master cylinder. If it is then air will be getting in there. If you have a petrol model then you will have to remove the cylinder from the vacuum booster to see. I have even had them suck air & have no fluid leaks (not real common though).

Thanks for your input, I gave up and just swapped the master cylinder. It seams to have solved the issue.
Cheers Justin
