Well a couple of days ago whilst trying to find a "mate" with a broken fourby in a place that he shouldn't have been. I (In a rush of blood) drove straight into a 4ft ditch  . The front left went up but the front right didn't want to follow so i came to a sudden hault(from about 30km/hr).
Now to get to the problem!!!!
I gave the Bull Bar a bloody good nudge and it came back onto the drivers side front quarter panel which now sports a rather nice buckle. I've managed to pull the bar back away from the grille (tied off to a tree....)
the bar now needs to be pushed down on the drivers side about 1-2 Inches
Does anybody have any good back-yard type tips on how to "pursade" the bar back down??
Sorry to ramble!!!
Cheers
Dazza
P.S
Its an alloy bar
Also if anybody Knows of a front right quarter panel for a GQ going cheap(red would be good) please let me know also
:D
