fuel gauge

just brought a new fuel gauge for the patrol and as soon a i started the truck it went straight to the empty mark and has stayed there since do i need to see a auto elecy or can i fix it my self

Strange, contact me via PM, my son as an Auto elec & probally can help, for a carton.... BTW what did U do with the old sender, can I have it?
