I was doing some reading, and you were saying you have overheating problems? do you have a body lift? when was the last time your rig had an injector pump/inbjetctor service?

No i do not have a body lift as for the injetctors and pump service no idea i have had it now for just over 18 months it runs fine hardly no black smoke. The only way i have been able to stop it is lock the fan hub soild with six nuts and bolts through it not to good in water or power wise but it dose not get hot.
Any help would be great. :D

it might pay to have your injuctor pump timing check,

im not sure, but on a disle, overfueling, or underfueling, can cause over heating, not epensive, ive been quoted 160 to do pump timing and tappets.

I know over fueling makes a deisel get hot but dont know about under fueling. :? I dont think it has anything to do with the fuel because when i put the locked fan on it. it wont get hot. By hot mean with locked fan on it wont go over 80c no matter how hard you push it but with the old fan hub with new silcon in it it will go to 100c and if i let it it will keep going. :x
