Hello this is my first post....my mate is lifting his 89 Maverick by 3 or 4 inches (Has not made up his mind yet) and was wondering if it would be better to use a drop bracket for the front/rear panard rods rather than buy 2 adjustables.

Is there anyone in Melbourne that makes the drop brackets??

Cheers

I'm lifting my GQ 4" by in the next couple of weeks, what i'm doing (if i can't find some adjustables on the cheap) is cutting, then extending the original panhards via a slightly smaller tube (slight interferance fit), extending the cut off section of panhard rod by the amount needed (measure the difference from original location to the new location) then weld back together, making sure you beval the cut section of panhard so that you get full penertration (spell check!) to the smaller pipe that is sleved underneith.

Sorry about spelling!, have me 3 week old boy in one arm and typing with the other hand!
Hope this helps, if anyone sees a prob with this method PLEASE tell me, but i think its a goer./
