Ok. It's time to replace my skinny 16x6 genuine Nissan rims with 15x7 rims - either genuine Nissan GQ rims or Sunraysia 15x7 rims. I need to ask a technical question, so please don't bump this thread to the 'wanted' section just yet.
My question is: what's the difference between the genuine 15x7 rim, and the ROH Sunraysia rim? Is it the offset? Significant differences? And which will give me the best overall performance?
Do I buy new ROH Sunraysia 15x7 rims at $55 each, and hope that the offset is right, or do I spend my hard earned dollars with fellow forum members, and pick up some genuine Nissan GQ rims in good condition, at a fair price?
I am located at Carlingford NSW, near Epping & Parramatta.
Please note I don't need tyres (have a full set of brand new 31x10.5R15 dueler A/Ts), so only need rims please?
Who can help please?

the sunraysias and nissan steels are pretty similar, offset is the same but the shape of the cut outs in the rims and the shape of the dish are different.
the nissans cut outs are larger and more rounded than the sunraysias or roh traks and the dish is not so defined on the nissans as oppose to the others.
my oppinion, go the nissan rim if you can they look better.
would attach some pics but i dont know how, im not a computer wiz, hate them really

Dave,
The one's i've spoken to you about are actually ROH brand. I didn't know there was a difference, and presumed these are what came from the factory. Offer still stands mate.

G'day.
Still want them, but car out of action at the moment. Do you know anyone coming to Sydney reasonably soon?

Happy to wait, or see if anyone else replies. Unfortunately due to the $s freight is not an option.
Anyone closer to Sydney?

I always thought that the offset on the ROH wheels is slightly different, as they can fit both Landcruisers and Patrols. This would mean a slightly wider track, not a bad thing really. Either way you will have to fit flares, Rubber with wire inserts are the best. Given the low cost of brand new rims they are defiinitely worth considering. There is nothing worse than shelling out cash for cracked/buckled or bent rims.
