MQ 2.8 petrol, Turbo

I have recently purchased a Custom MQ, 2.8 petrol, turbo, (rocket),
The guy i bought it off did all the engine work himself.

As i am new to the world of fourbies, i've got a question, can i do river crossing, wat happens when water touches the turbo? let me tell ya damm thing gets pretty hot!

Is there anyone else out there with a MQ petrol turbo? or am i the only one?

if the turbo itself is not too old then u should be ok for water as they are round without edges usually.... U may crack exuasts though without extractors.....

MQ L28 turbos are common enough, though not too many ppl do it as its not too much more expensive to put a V8 in there insted.
