Stupid question

how common are the rb30 engined patrols? i have been trying to find sum to look at (in perth) and aint seen many up for sale. any specific model specs would be helpful, also how much would i be looking at paying, im bugeting no more than 8k and would prefer one with a stuffed motor- to swap for a rb25

Hi, I had the 3L patrol, it was the 1994 model ST but was under powered with LPG and 2 1/2" exhaust. I think the 3lt was used after 7/1993 in the ST models.

hey i own a 1990 RB30 Patrol, picked it up off the side of the road in VGC for 5K , (bargin) i wouldnt pay any more than 4 or 5K for one with a stuffed motor. the motor is bulletproof but underpowerd!! the 3L GQ's started in 1990 and fininshed in 95?? they are identical in most ways other models except they dont have interior cup holders, the smaller gear stick and the front indicators are slightly different. it also has a smaller gearbox. thats all i can think of, anyone else know more??
