What's a good type of patrol to buy looking for something under 15000 please send pros and cons

Hi Dimsim,

There is a range of Patrols available in your budget of $15k, maybe you could be more specific as to what you plan on using a Patrol for so we can understand things like; ute or wagon, manual or auto, diesel or petrol, big motor or small motor, turbo or naturally aspirated, already accessorised/modified or stock, ok with big kilometers or not, etc.

Is it worth buying a gq tb42 wagon chopped to duel cab for 9000 for harder 4x4ing or is it worth getting a diesel

Still not enough info, what is 'harder 4x4ing'? Are we talking weekend warrior stuff?

If you want a cheap strong 4x4 for bashing around harder tracks on a weekend. There isn't much wrong with a TB42 chopped wagon for $9k if you can get it registered.
