^^^^^^ He's just doing his bit to help the climate. lol. So has anyone actually looked into how much he (or companies he is directly involved in) have made in profit that has directly or indirectly come from climate based business?

Oh yes, many people have done just that, for example: Al Gore's Green-Tinged Conflicts Of Interest - Business Insider.

But that pales into insignificance when compared to what the oil companies, world bankers and financiers gain from all of this.

They're making money from completely different schemes, as far as climate change is concerned.

True but they are also using this hype along with all the crap about running out of oil and gas resources to bump up the prices. There are many many know reserves that are yet to be tapped until they are viable as in until the profit margin is where they want it to be. Then they will develope these reserves.

Im with Ray on this one,. Its another money making scam, For years here North of Ireland the UK gov were on and on about Global warming, Remember that old saying?,
we were getting told all the time that the globe was warming up blah blah blah.....
Then 3 years ago the UK had its coldest winters on record, -18 and colder in most places,it lasted for nearly 3 weeks,it happened the year after again...
Last year it wasnt as cold and there was very little snow.......
Funny enough i never heard the term Global warming after that but they are starting again but now its climate change...
The Uk,Ireland and Aus would be making very little polution compared to the likes of the USA,China,India etc as our populations alone would probly only make up that off a few off chinas citys, all these places are unregulated and dont sign the Koyoto agreement..

But i suppose we can all pay over the odds and try and fix their problems..
