Chased down a noise coming from my front end.

Turned out when I rescued that Opel six weeks ago, I got water in both my front and rear diffs.

Changed the oils and all was OK, 2WD and 4WD. I dodged a bullet with that one.

Still, I had been driving my 4x4 around like that for the last six weeks or so. I = moron. If I need to rebuild both diffs tomorrow, I have noone to blame but myself.

In the meantime, I need, as in need to extend my diff breather lines.

now that the injector pump is brand new, i chucked my turbotech bleed valve on and wound the boost up :P

13psi = 110 up a hill on the S.E. Freeway and still accelerating (as opposed to 95-100 in 4th flat to the floor)

re-aligned the panhards after a few years of sagg in the springs, softened the rear shocks a tad and did a wheel alignment to get a fraction of toe out , see how this goes

Bought an 89 Mav in ACT and drove it down Monday.

So far I've:

Replaced clutch, machined flywheel, replaced spiggot bearing and rear main seal
Changed stock tyres to the 245/75/16s I had on my BT50, just so I can get off road this weekend
