Ive just fitted a 6" lift kit to my SWB GQ and am considering upgrading my 33" muddies for a set of 37x14.5x15 Maxis creepy crawlers. just wondering if i will be able to fit 37s without having to cut the guards.

Nope, Have 6-7" Lovells on my LWB GQ, and I have cut in the front and back. Have fibre glass cut-out flares to cover the wheels.

tires are 36x14.50x15" Trxus (measures 36.5"), on 15x10" alloys.

you will need to trim rear of front and rear guards i would say

Definately need to cut the guards for the 37s i run the creepies.

Have 2" body lift 3" spring lift extra long shocks 5 link front coils are bolted at the bottom and cones have been made in the rear to keep the spring from falling out diff clearance is 310mm chassi height 20". On a SWB

my shorty has 37s sitting under it at the moment, currently has a 2inch body lift and debatable 4-5 inch coil lift.....
Ive had to cut my guards for the 37s but only a light trim on the front of each guard all around and a major trim on the rear of each guard due to turning lock to lock and needing clearance.....

That shorty looks like it would tip over going down a gutter. Ill be running 38 inch creepy crawlers on my lwb. With two in body and 2 inch suspension. Where I live stability is crucial. So if that means a guard chop I would rather that then ending up on my lid
