Jace75,

We understand where your coming from, paid up, no package and no comments have helped and none will. this happens all the time, and as said if i was a supplier i probably wouldnt send another or refund until confirmation of lost or undelivered item. I had similar thing happen when item had not arrived, it was delivered eventually. Too easy for people to say has'nt arrived.
Don't go burning too many suppliers.

As I said I would be pissed, but I wouldn't burn them before I had a resolution. It seems to me you have given up and called it a loss. I would be questioning why has everyone else got there's? That tells me he has not ripped anyone off yet. Yes there is a problem and yes it needs to be solved. Do you really think this is going to solve it. I know it's hard but I would either have a little more patience or file a written complaint suggesting theft to Thomas. (perhaps you've done that). All I'm trying to do is help you resolve this. But it's pretty obvious you have made up your mind to attack the supplier. Good luck with that

I can't help but to think that ordering around this time is a little bit more risky as usual X-mass season mails/posts rush might cause extra delays/packages go missing.

never said that you had, just seen too many jump on band wagon and then all ends up ok, we all hope for a resolution.

When i paid i got this email.

The item is shipped with Registered letter without international tracking
number but you confirm the recipient when arrive so we will know if you
received this item or not.
You will normally get the item within 5-7 working days.
Please be patient if you haven't got the item within the stipulated time
because occasionally there will be delay in the post,which we have no
control over.

With being a weekend you should see it either mon or tues, but it all depends on when he sent it. Check the status of your order it should say delivered.

Mine took 2 weeks and I used the cheap postage option. Still have the box and it has a tracking number on it...however my Italian is no good so thats all I can read.

Fella you're being totally unreasonable about this, it's coming from the other side of the world, bloody hell I have stuff posted from 15 miles away take 3 weeks to arrive because it's been lost in the process. Your comment about posting on every forum say way more about you than it will about the supplier. From the other posts he seems to be a genuine guy who's doing pretty well getting stuff to Oz, and no-one else has had the same problem as you.

Personally I wouldn't send another one out either until the first was either returned or confirmed lost. Rather than mouthing off why don't you get the tracking number and try and trace it or is it better just to bitch and whine on "every forum i can find about this experience"

Maybe we've got a different attitude in Scotland, but personally despite being understandably frustrated I'd try and trace it, then I'd work WITH the supplier to resolve it, but maybe that's just me.

I hope it turns up soon for you and that you then are as happy with it as the other appear to be. I'll probably be ordering one of these as the results seem to be very good and the price is great.
