Default Kiki Bosch Injection Pump

I have just put a SD33T motor in my MQ and I have found a diesel leak in the injection pump it is comming from the delivery valve holder where it screws in to the injection pump I have tightened it up but it is still leaking. Does anyone know if there is a seal or washer in there that I could change to stop the leak. any help would be appreciated. Bob

Mate my advice being a Diesel mechanic is not to play with it take it to a service centre and let them have a fiddle with it

Not sure how to post pics but on top of the injector pump you have the six injection pipes going to the injectors where those pipes bolt on to the top of the injector pump that is the delivery valve holders. Bob

Take the delivery valve out and you will find an O ring - replace this (do them all whilst you're at it). Replace delivery valve and tighten to the correct torque (usually stamped on the plate on the pump, 43Nm springs to mind but check first). This is important as you can distort the housings if you go at it like a monkey.
