24V Instrument Cluster
I just picked up an 88 LWB Safari last week which had a faulty cluster, included in the sale was another cluster so I have messed around with both of them and after having some smoking and burning I have managed to get all the gauges going except for the fuel gauge which is still smoking when plugged in.
Just wanting some advice from anyone who knows how the fuel gauge is wired up. Is the fuel gauge in the Safaris 24v as I have read some components are 12v?
Should I be looking at the fuel sender or the factory reducer? Otherwise is it possible / easy enough to install a 12v cluster using a reducer?
