Default Safe boost levels

Hey guys and girls, I’ve just finished installing boost/egt gauge, tillix/needle valves, and a 3” exhaust. My god it’s like a completely different car...

I’ve found a lot of good info on here about setting up ideal boost levels, but I would love some expert advice specifically on what kind of boost levels I should be expecting when hitting a hill under load at around 100 kph. At the moment I’m getting around 15-16 psi boost at around 2500 rpms. Turbo and intercooler are stock.

That's pretty well spot on for a good starting point. You can safely run up to 22psi on the stock turbo without fear of damage. Not much point running more than 18psi unless you add more fuel.

I like shiny stuff
