I recently allowed a local mechanic change my oil and noticed he only charged for 6.7ltrs...I reminded him that its 8.2, so finally decided to go back to dealer to request upgrade...

    thanks Geeyoutoo - there is no bung in there, its actually a sealed cast, as if it missed the drilling phase of production. As for the plug's whereabouts :angryfir: I'll take it to a nissan specialist today or god forbid a nissan service agent.

    either I'm blind but I cant seem to find my MAP sensor on my 2000 Patrol/Safari SWB ZD30DDTi....or does it not have one? I can see on the intercooler where other threads have 'said' they are, :rolleyes:

    thanks guys, not up to play on air intake issues with turbos etc, but assume the ECU will kick start the turbo as per patrol data, and would the ecu know what type of turbo is there, as long as there is one? perhaps I need to invest in monitoring.guages?? any suggestions??

    Switch Navara/Patrol turbo I have both ECU, I was thinking of using the Navara turbo and taking out all the emission control guff etc. But am now of the thought of selling off the Navara turbo and just buy and after market patrol one.
