I have a dipstick with its tube here from a TB45E. I have no idea if the tube has the right shape or length for your car.
If you want it, you’ll need to get someone to pick it up from Morayfield QLD because I don’t do Post Office queues.

Hi john cheers for your reply, mate i thought i could source one from garry but unfortunately after months he got back and said its a part that isn't manufactured anymore. The option to change the tube and dipstick is there for me but i would like to find an original one. Thanks for your offer mate i appreciate it 👍

Hi mate no i haven't, the one i had was apparently out of a tb42 when i first purchased the vehicle years ago i took it to get a tranny service and they informed me. Ive since been looking for an original which is turning out to be as rare as ducks teeth lol, i do have another tb42 one at the farm which i can just put my own markings on i suppose but if i end up finding an original one ill be pretty pleased.

If its possible to send me a pic of the tb45 dipstick ill know if its like the one that garry was going to source for me..

If your trans has the ribbed bellhousing then this will logically fit. The bracket near the top bolts to one of the top bellhousing bolts and the RE4 boxes all have the dipstick tube hole in the same place.
