The concerns I have is that it will be a mixed use daily driver and weekend desert car. The daily driving will be on the highway sitting on 120-140km/h so don't want too high a lift that will make the ride uncomfortable.

Interesting, thanks for feedback.As an update Dobinsons have come back to me and said the recommendation on their website are correct and both suppliers are recommending incorrect springs.
Lol, I've never owned a SWB Patrol, but I did own magic 2.7L diesel Rocky Daihatsu, go anywhere and just as fast sideways as forward on dirt roads.They're recommending a gear box spacer which i'll go with and see how that works. Issue with the SWB is the light rear end so will look to do gear box spacer, steering damper and castor correction initially and then look to repalce the trailing arms after.
