Was doing about 45 KM/h when i seen him coming, i rekon he was doing about 70?? I slammed my brakes on but yeah big hit.... nearly pushed the rav4 down the enbankment, you cant see it but it is resting on a wire fence.

There was 4 in my car and we all walked away, me and a mate sitting behind me copped the worse with pretty bad whiplash but the two girls on the other side of the car are just a bit bruised and slightly sore... amazing really. Driver of the Rav4 walked away, his passenger copped the airbag in the face and was pretty banged up from that...

What a stupid remark.
For all you know, the speed limit was 80kmh.
Speeding isnt the cause of the accident, failing to keep left is.
Hey, no need to rage.

You stated that you were doing 45kmph, so I then thought oh must be a 50k zone?

So failing to keep left is hard, was the other guy drunk? Or were you drunk?

How is failing to keep left difficult? Where did you get your liecesne from, US?

lol

ok so to clear things up, it was a narrow dirt road, i was going up a crest and the rav4 was coming from the opposite direction. I was travelling at about 45 as it was a fair hill and the troll is a bit slow, the road was rated at 80 KM/H. No one was drunk. My skid marks travel for about 20 metres from where the car stopped, none on the rav4 end.

As the police officer said the road is notoriously narrow and unless both cars stay hard left it is almost unavoidable. Was on Airstrip road, Lower Hermitage.
