Hi guys gota gq with td42 with a high mount turbo fitted and I'm struggling to find the room under the bonnet for my secound battery can I put it inside the car was thinkin of making a draw setup and have one of the draws shorter to hide the battery behind is this legal/road worthy my wife is worried that the kids in the 2nd row are gona be choking on battery fumes don't thinks she's right but doesn't hurt to ask you guys.

no fumes if you put in a fully sealed battery (which i think is the law inside a vehicle anyway??). Ive been running a fully sealed battery in the back of my GQ for 4 years now without any dramas at all. Sure beats having it up against a hot turbo.

Yes. AGM batteries can go inside the cab and can be mounted on their side if necessary.

Normal flooded lead acid batteries cannot go inside the cab.
