$70 on the spot fine for obstructing the footpath
Yep cant park on the grass on in the driveway that obstructs the pathway
Maybe a coupla Caboolture Shire residents can shed some more on this typical Caboolture Coucil lunacy

Yep friggin "Air Space" ???
Mate pays the council this fee, on top of rental for the sign on private property
Im glad the council members dont get charged "Air Space" cause theres alotta air up there

It should be more and should happen down here as well. Way too many times I've been walking the dogs along a footpath and have to basically go onto a busy main road to get around the knobs who park right across the footpath (usually two cars nose to tail), so you can't get around the car either side. At times I've felt like walking across the bonnet.

Mate of mine did this! Hahah. Idiot stopped accross the pedestrian crossing at the lights... shoulda seen his face when my mate caved in his spay arted bonnet of a phoenix on his 'vette!

Around here there's a few tossers who park accross the footpath and my missus sprained her ankle running around one. Now she punches the windows in the hope someone will hear the noise and come out and ask her what's going on... just so she can give them a mouthful of vitriol!

Also near my sis's there's a 100s LC, 5.999m boat, camper trailer, car trailer and commodore parked on this dudes front yard, footpath and into the street! You have to drive up the wrongside of an island to get past. My opinion is if you can afford half amillion dollars worth of toys, buy a bigger block of land, you bogan!

Is it really councils gone crazy ???
I mean go drive in some of these new estates (Northlakes QLD comes to mind)
Ya park on the road and only enuf room for 1 car to pass, and just
I parked my 2 tonne canter on the road once got abused cause nothin could pass even from the opposite direction
Im not saying its good or bad,but cmon dont build roads just wide enuf and have a bitta room to park on the road
If theres adequate room on the road way then sure book em for parking on the foot path or walkway
If theres not enuf room, well who fault is that then
