toe refers to how much the wheels point in or out. to be honest that lh wheel has a bit more toe than id allow. possibly half the reason the lh tyre is chewing out. camber and caster is ok and king pin angle. jeez its been that long since i learnt about that i have no idea. but a little odd that its out by 3deg left to right.
how many kms on the truck???

G'day BeNos,

Thanks for replying. She has 347,000k's. Mate, i thought that all the readings were out. Caster is different from left to right, Left 04deg26', Right 04deg13'. They could be the result of radius bushes. Specs are for caster Left/Right 03deg50'. Camber iv'e read somewhere on previous posts is to aim for out of specs 00deg 30' for a complete 00deg Left and Right. Kingpin angle Left 15deg35', Right 12deg55'. Thats a huge difference from specs 14deg30'. Absolute mess of a front end. The rear end is out too. Rear half toe Left -02mm Right +1.9mm. Camber Left 00deg09', Right 00deg26'. How could a solid rear end affect camber ,as toe i can understand by bushes. Front and rear diffs are true and straight.

That is way too much toe in. I would be running 0 - 1mm max toe in. Not sure what's going on with the king pin angle as the camber is still fairly even? The rest doesn't seem too bad from what I can make out. I wouldn't be worried about the rear readings you have, live axle diffs are rarely spot on.
