99 Hilux body onto GQ Chassis

Hi all. I'm new and hoping someone can help me with some information on swapping a 99 lux single cab onto a gq wagon chassis.

Sick of the ifs front end in the hilux and I can buy a coil gq rolling chassis with steering for the same price as lux spring one. Looking at pros and cons.

Spoken to and engineer already it could be done.

Any info would much appreciated.

That one is a neat build but Greg if you're happy with everything else except the front end, just SAS the Hilux and save the rest of the hassle. Different story if you're planning a new motor/box/transfer to go with it.

I've seen it done with earlier hilux cabs before, but they ran shorter V6 or V8s that would fit under the bonnet.
