Aftermarket air filter unit TB42 Duel fuel

I was after feedback on an aftermarket air filter unit for a duel fuel TB42, it's an Impco 300A gas system. I've read posts regarding some custom manufactured ones, I'm interested in the "Millweld" brand.....

1. Do they seal 100% around the base plate and the carbie?

2. Do they seal 100% at the base and top cover?

3. Is it taller in height than the plastic gas replacement unit, inhibiting the bonnet closure?

4. Any tips or advice when installing the unit

5. How did you plumb it up for a snorkle?

And overall opinion / feelings after the installation.

Thanks Paul

i got a quote on a millweld box, they are $280 plus postage. the air filter is a ryco a31, i have a phoenix copy (i got for $3) its perfect, sits in well. oh and if you are going to do a snorkel i suggest you buy a millweld box. i cheaped out and did a mod on my box.
