NAB have pretty much admitted that they will pay any fees and charges you cop, as long as you discuss it with them.

I Bpay'd $6k from my Members Equity Bank account to my NAB account on Thursday, still no sign of it landing in the NAB account yet. Just have to have patience I reckon...

Apparently, a disgruntled NAB customer drove his bobcat through the front doors of a branch on Brisbanes southside. The doors must have been open at the time. No damage, no customers hurt, no charges laid, but that would have been a sight. Filler up please.

Hi,

Most of the staff are nice, but they didnt cause the problem. They are the best ones to help you so keep that in mind rather than " venting " at them. I would never use them, I had a Nab company card, and the statements started showing transactions that werent mine. This was maybe 20 years ago. The best one was $2 thousand cash out at the Waca. Never even been to Perth at that time. Their explanation ? Sorry we got you mixed up with someone else with the same first name in your company. With a company card you can stand back and let them sort it out, if it was mine ( private ) I wonder what would have happened ?

Yeah i got stuffed around too. pay was supposed to go into the account thursday night. Didnt get there until sat arvo. Then because of that, automated rules (to transfer money into correct accounts) didnt run - well the first rule did, put an account into negative before the rest failed.

After that, i transferred the money around manually. Worked ok for a day, until at a petrol station I got a declined due to insufficient funds. Logged onto internet banking on my phone to find that I had only 1 account instead of 6 and $0.00 balance on that account. Lucky the MRS had her bank card with her (for a diff bank) and was able to pay the petrol for me..

Later that day, I got online via the computer to discover that NAB had reversed all of my manual transactions of moving money into the correct accounts. Left it and looked again monday morning and all of the money was transferred into the correct accounts again..

lucky it wasnt rent week or something. still pretty fkn pissed that I had no access to my money at all!

All Ozzie banks have a bit to learn when it comes to customer service.
I used to reside topdside & I bagged the banks there too. I then moved here & they all became saintly.
