Hey guys, I'm after some new bmw parts genuine / aftermarket.( Mainly suspension / steering) Does anyone know of any businesses that are cheap lol . I'm west of Brisbane, but I'm sure most companies post these days.

I'd possibly go straight to the source in Germany. Cheaper for better quality and I bet postage will be quicker.

New parts for my e36, eBay was pretty good to me for parts from Europe and Asia. I trust eBay more that the dodgy foreigners in Melb that 'specialise' in BMW parts

I've never tuned a M50 vanos or non-vanos before. I do remember talking to a guy about it in the BMW club at a meet and he sold his vanos because of the cost for an ECU/Chip that could handle dealing with vanos when he wanted to chase some bigger killer wasps. I think he said there was a difference in valve too that wasn't really favourable. I've not owned M50s

I've sourced some BMW parts off a local guy who advertises on AllClassifieds. Bought fans, fuse boxes switches etc for half of the wreckers prices

I'd also look in the UK, I managed to get Rangie parts for my classic always lower (incl freight) landed from the UK than locally. Parts usually arrived within a couple of weeks of order placement

euro parts were frighteningly cheap compared to Oz prices when I stayed in the UK and Germany. I've got a german euro vehicle wrecker setup in my ebay alerts, so I'll post the name next time an alert trips
