Buying 2001 patrol. Do I really want to do it?

I am thinking about buying a 2001 patrol 3.0 automatic. What should I be look at? I know that this question probebly be up before but …..

What and where are the weak points like rust, does the automatic brake down easy, what about the 3.0 engine. I understand that its not the strongest engine around but has it any problems?

I live in Finland and use it as a daily drive but also like to lift it and use 33” tires, a locker or two for some offroad trips to russia, which is about 200km from my door.

Is this a car that would last?

I am also looking at the pathfinder but feel that the Patrol would be a little stronger builded.
