Battery charger??

Ive pulled my thumb outa my bum and decided to
Turn the garage queen over , only to be
Met with a flat battery!!

Anyhow, i have the jumpstarer charging,
Its at 10v now and slowly increasing...

Question is...
Can i put the jumpstarter leads onto my battery while im charging the jumpstarter itself ??
Out of the car ofcourse...

nope, IIRC you need to get to 11.7v before connecting

went through similar ills the other day trying to start a mates toyota. I drove around for 25mins with the jump starter plugged in to recharge it - and then jumped his car when I got back

that was using a cig lighter booster jumper

Sweet!! Yeah i found a multimeter., and the results concluded that i better
Open my tightarse pocket and buy a proper battery charger

I'm confused again.
Don't you have another beast to jumpstart off or have you been riding to work? If it's down the back of the shed can I suggest reversing it in next time.

I use CTEK charger while I'm away.

Well i rang me mate,
He bolted over with a trickle charger!

Got the fandangle battery to 12.7v,
And she kicked over nicely again!
The good thing about this,
Is having had the battery out i could clean
All the dust n stuff behind and under the battery and tray!
