Remember to check for any stickers on the inside of the tyre before putting the tube in, or you'll get a flat pretty quick from rubbing. Many tubeless tyres have these stickers.

Cheers.

The answer from me would be to not even consider it. Surely if they were dunked in a large trough you will find the leak.
I've had really small leaks in the past and my local tyre gent has always found them.
You only need a nail or bolt or anything for that matter to piece the tyre with a tube and it is instant flat, that's not very funny at 100k/ph.
At least tubeless will goes down slow, For safety sake I would never consider it.
