Hey all!
Been a while between posts, good to see the community still strong and super helpful!
Ive had this idea since I bought my rig but went a different setup on the tray, however Im now contemplating a new tray setup so heres the question.

I noticed on Grahm from 4wd24/7's troll he has the cabin joined to the canopy with some sort of rubber bellow.
I know this is reasonably common in larger truck camper setups and 4x4 tour busses.
Ive been digging around the internet but I cant figure out what to search for to find info on this sort of setup.

Does anyone know where I should start looking for products that can facilitate a join between my rear wall window and the canopy on the tray?
This would be super helpful for our little dachshund to have a travel spot thats not on this missus lap but still be "in the cabin" with us.

if anyone has this sort of setup please end photo too! I'd love to see it more in detail.

Ah that sounds like a great way to get the kids around!
haha yeah everyone ive spoken to in person knows what im talking about but has no idea what the proper terminology would be for it
Contacting a tray/canopy/truckbody fabricator like dmw or mitsalloy was going to be my next step, hadn't thought of fibreglass canopy people though so will investigate that too if theres no other ideas from the crowd here

Yes swapping out the rear window for a sliding one was on the cards for this project too, has anyone had experience with this in patrols?

Still keen to hear from anyone who has done this to their patrol or any ute specifically into an alli canopy on a tray setup, and gain any insight into the process and any negative affects it may have (crazy road noise etc?)
