Went to Canunda on the weekend with some friends and some sections of the beach between Southend and Carpenter Rocks are pretty narrow and slopey, and very soft due to recent swells and winds.
Had 3 boggings in our group on the beaches (and the only group on the beach but all recovered ok) so we stuck mainly to the inside coastal track which is a good track mostly easy but a nice drive, and a few challenging climbs, and some awesome big dunes next to Lake Bonney!
There were plenty of others on the inside track and we were surprised that we were the only ones with sand flags! Oh well, at least they saw us coming.
