Have looked around for them myself, Nissan do not supply them in Oz, thats what they told me. Where did you get the photo from, maybe an overseas model.

I have provisions for one in the trim but having a seven seater you can't fit it

I have made a cargo cover from a piece of vinyl sheet and two pieces of dowel, plus two curtain rod holders. It did mean drilling 4 holes in the trim just behind the middle row seats, but I can live with that.
My third row seats are removed and storage drawers are fitted. It would be tricky otherwise.

If you look in the manual there is a factory option, may have been a Europe thing.

I'm keen to get one if anyone knows where they can be sourced.

If you measure the width of the load bay I think you'll find it's quite simple to match them to other vehicles.
I had a mazda 6 station wagon privacy cover that fitted my Land Rover (for example)
