I have heard that on custom castors it is impossible to make a good distance. OEM part is much better ... is it true ? what is your experience in this case ?

if you use rubber bushings you will get good lifespan, probably would be similar to lifespan of OEM bushings.

Agreed. I have sold thousands of rubber castor correction bushes with no issues. They even flex better then genuine. Don't get poly bushes though.
