Hi,
I have given up replacing batteries in my key fob as they only last 2 weeks and when it does work you have to be a metre away from the car before the door opens!!! I have bought a new central locking control box with key fobs from Jaycar to replace the Nissan unit.
Does anyone know where the original central locking controller is and the wire colours which control the door solenoids?
This is a 2001 GU ST wagon diesel. Any info much appreciated

Thanks

Dan

Hi,
Sorry to take so long to check out your suggestion. I dont want to replace all of the door solenoids as they work fine. I only want to replace the controller so my new remotes work.
To sum up I want is all of the door solenoids and wiring to remain.
I need to know where the controller is located and the wiring colours for the controller so it can be ripped out and replaced.
It sounds as though youve done the job and more.
Please help getting frustrated now with it just sitting on my desk! Thanks
Dan

I have 12 cores on the plug

Green/yellow

Blue/white (+12v when doors locked)

This is as far as I can get.Any help on what the other colours do??
