Up yours sydo. The link suggests a Gisborne pump builder who advertises on Trademe.
It may be very good or it may not be.
Having done my research when I was sorting out a pump I found there were few pump builders in NZ who knew the finer points of what was needed to make a TD42 go with the right turbo and more importantly lacked the number of customers who had put business their way thereby creating R&D and experience.
We have a shyte load of TD42 Safari's here and Patrols but not everyone puts built performance pumps or turbo's on their favourite toy. Whereas over there where there are probably more TD42's and a higher number of guys wanting performance mods that give pump builders proven results in the long term.
One 'reputable' pump builder in ChCh asked me what pump I had - I replied 11mm.
He said "yeah...we do 12mm pumps that put out 190rwhp". (probably what my dc3 is doing).
I didn't have the heart to tell him that the good pump guys in Aust are doing 12mm with anything from 230-300rwhp.
Sorry for long answer....short story - get your pump over there, it'll be cheaper here with the exchange rate but you guys got way better pumps.
