Couldnt see that anyone had posted this yet, but City View park has reopened...

Same name new owners, seems pretty cheap too!

Good stuff, I'm always looking for somewhere new, especially so close to town.

Sounds good to me. I'll have to check it out in a few weeks.

350 acres. No idea how much has tracks through it though.

Does anyone know how many acres this park is? Or how large compared to say Cruiser park or the springs.
Neither park can compare to Cruiser park for size.
CityView was originaly around the 500 acre size where Cruiser is close to 10,000 acres.
The Springs is around half the size of cruiser park.
All are great to visit but I would only stay at Cruiser or the Springs for an extended visit.

Yes it has!
Throughout 2011 CITYVIEW Camping & 4WD has been driving its own obstacle course, including wild weather and floods, constant restructuring of tracks, creating safe 2WD access and establishing itself as a new 4x4 adventure park under the management of new owners. Despite the rain, hail or shine Steve - a long time 4WD and competition enthusiast partnered with his supportive wife Shenay are constantly improving the park. Upgrades include new and amended tracks, a restored competition area, numerous clean and maintained camping grounds, immaculate male and female amenitities, and more to come with arrangements in place for future competitions and the service of hot food readily available. However, this rare established off road playground so close to Brisbane needs the support of fellow lover's of 4WD. So, for $27.50 per vehicle come in for the day and stay the night: discover, challange, conquer and chill out.
