Hi guys

Out of curiosity has anyone here played with crankcase vacuum pumps?
I like the idea of pulling all the fumes can crap out of engine but I'm not sure how the turbo oil seals would cope with this.
Apparently they are used a lot in competition engines with low friction rings to increase horsepower, not really the aim here. :toothmis:

Thoughts?

never heard of it, i thought the breather created enough vacume to suck the fumes out, plus too much vacume could suck dirt and water in past the crank seals
