Just wondering if the key reprogram regime is meant to work in the CRD vehicles as well as the earlier GU?

My wife aided by my two teenage sons managed to deactivate/root the keyless entry tonight Kids were being idiots, one locked the back doors to keep his brother out of the car, wife hit the unlock button on her key whilst the car was idling. (she didnt know about the unlock button on door rest it seems)

Now neither her key nor mine will activate the keyless entry/lock feature.

Any helpful tips/suggestions as the rapid series key insertion routine as per the GU bible on here did not remedy the issue. :-?

don't think Pressing buttons on your key pad while car is running should cause you any dramas, Have you checked fuses ect? Maybe check if any door actuators stuck or jammed, and maybe if all else fails disconnect your battery for a while.

Battery off reset did the trick! Thanks for the tip.
