The VNC turbo is vaccume opperated. This will not work.
Did you just drill a hole and sikaflex that hose on there.
You are going to have to buy a new hose because even it it worked. It would blow off straight away.
Do a search on Dawes valves here and look at the diagram that Chaz has done.

I see it blowing that hose off the intake piping and probably doing more harm than good

I can't see it producing any boost at all.
