Hello:)

I'm fitting a snorkel and have raised my axle/box breathers but do you guy's raise the diesel tank breather as well?

i'm talking bout the little (6mm?) ridgid pipe inside the arch

Mines connected to the carbon canister line which runs to the engine bay, then there is a filter on the end of it and mounted near the brake booster.

i was looking in my manual for the rodeo and it has a breather for the crank shaft. Not that ive ever heard of anyone extending either
That's just the PCV breather. It only goes back into the motor anyway.

another big killer that i have had dramas with deep water and mud holes with is starter motor dramas i had to fit a air fitting into the bottom of it and run the breather up to my dif breather filters

Think i'll try and stick the fuel breather up inside the rear pillar save running it to the engine bay.

interesting about the starter, didnt think of that! Did you drill/tap a fitting on it then? sounds like a damn good idea!

Agreed, hub seals are ****e! when i rebuilt mine there was more rust than bearing!!
