Does anyone know if the axles from a drum rear are the same as a disc unit ?

TD42 man GQ,90/93,have the former would like to re-bearing to do a straight swap

into the latter,[I know left and right are different length ]

very different axles, drum axles have a single cup bearing and require a thrust block inside the diff to set axle bearing preload. Housings are different lengths, every thing is different. Centre can be used in a disc housing though.
