Trucks getting a lot of attention this year. Auto is rebuilt with nomad valve body and torque converter lockup, new pacemaker headers and 2.5" exhaust and she's going into an EFI specialist this week.
Now its time for new suspension as the 2" ironman with 1" spacers just don't cut it anymore. Looking at going 4" now as she has a bit of steel on her, roof rack, winch etc so more weight.
Looking at going ironman again with castor correction plates, adjustable panhards, etc.
Any other brands worth a look at, tough dog??? Suspension stuff????

Also should I be looking at top or rear adjustable trailing arms or both?
Anything else I'm missing?

Will be getting a new set of maxxis 764's after suspension done. I like the 764's.

And don't tell me to search as I've been here longer then some of you buggers have been able to drive and search here is a useless function as it always has been:headwall:.

Dont go castor plates, do they even make them anymore?. I am just out of lismore mate with a GU running 3 inch flexy springs, drop boxes 6 inch bilstein shocks, superior steering and panhards. If you want to go for a spin in mine pm me. I would not go flexy springs again as they flop around a bit on the road, but a plush ride off road.

If you are going to four inch talk to superior. Or use search you newb :)

Why not castor plates. You using drop boxes or castor correction bushes ? I'm eyeing a tough dog kit from superior

I am using drop boxes. Drop boxes put your arms back where they should be in relation to the diff, so no castor correction is necessary. The only thing castor plates fix is castor.

Have a look in the marks drop box thread some good info in there.
