Hi @geeyoutoo , he has remap, exhaust 3inch and cross country IC and snow performance water /methanol injection at Throttle body and 4601 lift pump, Icv% are good idles just over 52-55% and low 40 ish with out lift pump. No codes which is strange not even a 703 . I’m going to have a look at hoses and that again as another set of eyes 👀 doesn’t hurt, after all I did 90% of lift pump install for him. Clear hose is next thing to see how much air is being sucked in as running lift pump without engine has shown no leaks anywhere. Fuel pressure is good also

Looking at vp44 manual, you are right, doesn’t look possible of air to build up internally unless it has come from fuel lines into pump
