EGT & Boost before the installation of the Chip

EGT before the installation of the Chip...idle on start up 105
EGT before the installation of the Chip...100kmh 295c 11l/100klm

EGT after installation of Chip...idle on start up 134 setting 3
EGT after installation of Chip...100kmh 340c setting 3 13l/100klm

EGT after installation of Chip...idle on start up 138 setting 4
EGT after installation of Chip...100kmh 380c setting 4 (still doing a full tank run)

EGT after installation of Chip...idle on start up 153 setting 5
EGT after installation of Chip...100kmh 390c setting 5 14l/100klm

This is a standard size nissan exhaust with EGR blocked, you can add another 50c at least with EGR unblocked. I have not bypassed the ECU as yet with the control of boost but it seems to sit around 4-6psi at 100kmh without any spikes.

craggitt - I reckon if you put a dawes/needle valve on and run 8-10psi @100km/h your EGT's will drop a bit and fuel eco will get better.

I run 8-10psi @100km/h and get 10.7L/100km with 285/75 tyres and 275c EGT's.
