Gday all,

just wanted to know from anyone who has an exhaust system fitted, what diameter exhaust you've got. I've got a TB42 on dual fuel and from research 2.5 inch is most common. Any recommendations?

2.5 is the most common, also what I did when had GQ. But have since spoken to a guy who did massive amounts of dyno work when they came out, including superchargers so I trust his results, and he said 2.25 is best for torque.

I agree bigger isn`t always better, i`d fit a 2 1/4 if i were you with a decent muffler and it should sound nice and give better performance.

bowtiegq: so ive got the TD42 and was going to hit it with lukey extractors, a high flow muffler,
2 3/4 2mm non-mandrel tubing, into twin 5in truck stacks...would this mate of yours have any advice?? maybe go to 3in??
