Hi all can anyone tell if the offset for factory rims are zero offset. Can I put ford ranger rims on a Mk patrol 18 inch standard. offet is neg 55

Any help if won't fit what will don't want wider tyers just bigger rims.

Factory 16x5.5 split rim is +30 offset, 15x7 sunraysia style rim is 0 offset.

If you are talking about standard fitment Ranger wheels, +55 offset is much more likely. Not too many -55 rims around.
If the stud pattern and hub bore fit the Patrol, then they will bolt up, but clearance to the tie rod ends or leaf springs steering may be an issue. Also at +55 offset on a 6 or 7" wide rim, the wheel and tyre will sit a long way inside the guard and narrow the track of the vehicle.
