fitting new lower trailing arms

any secrets on how to do it before i go out there? or is it just a case of unbolt the old in with the new?

rattle gun for the bolts. 24mm.
spray them with penetrating oil a day before you take them out.
and I wouldnt be getting under it with an arm removed.
